Our Rental Services

We offer our beautiful venue and fabulous hospitality to make your event amazing! Sandy Ridge Vineyards and Merchantile indoor venue is perfect for birthday parties, luncheons and showers. Our spacious outdoor patio area is great for larger gatherings such as graduation parties and receptions.

Private Events and Facility Rental


- Up to 75 Guests

We are available for indoor private events at 11 am. Our beautiful indoor area seats up to 75 guests. We will provide your guests with selections from our delicious menu including food and beverages (food items must be pre-ordered). Outside food or beverages are not permitted except for a decorated cake. Please know we open the the public at 1 pm inside the barn, but you and your guests are welcome to stay as long as you wish, just know others will be arriving after 1 pm.
(2 hours +) ~ $350 Food/Beverage minimum + *Gratuity + *Tax
• 11 am - 1 pm , guest are welcome to stay.
• Private indoor seating.
• Up to 75 guests.
• Full menu and beverage options.
• Table settings provided.
• Also available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (2 hours between Noon-4pm).

Sunday's -

- Up to 160 Guests
We are available for private events giving you access to both our beautiful indoor barn and spacious outdoor patio area. This type of event will seat up to 160 guests. Sunday rental is for 6 hours including set-up and tear down (if required). Select from our menu, bring your own food, or have your event catered (please note the kitchen is available to our staff only).
We will provide your beverages.
(6 hours) ~ $1000 Rental fee + $500 Food/Beverage minimum + *Gratuity + *Tax
• 6 hour rental including set-up and tear-down.
• Private indoor & outdoor seating.
• Up to 160 guests plus any rental seating.
• Full menu and beverage options.
• Table settings provided with food purchase; otherwise provided by client.
• Also available on Monday and Tuesday (6 hours).


* Gratuity is a minimum of 20% on food and beverages.
* Tax is applicable taxes (currently 7.25%).
• We price our food and beverages based on what you order from our menu, minimums apply.
• You may rent tables and chairs for the outside patio area and lawn, this option can give you more seating. Rentals are provided by outside vendors of your choice.
• If we are required to remove our furniture for your event, an extra fee will be charged.
• Children are welcome at your private events, but our policy is 21 and over during public hours.

We provide a proposal and contract for all services. The above prices and policies are subject to availability and may be updated and revised.
