We offer more than just great tasting wine
Sandy Ridge has been reopened as of September 12th 2018. As a community gathering space highlighting the farms history as an agricultural hub, however this time the spotlight will focus on viticulture and wine. The design and layout of the property will feature guest areas inside and out that will allow people to socialize and interact either in the Mercantile, around a large fire pit, a grill area, in a boardroom, or sitting and relaxing inside the historic barn. Community events will include seasonal farmers markets, concerts, car shows, wine and food events and classes. The property will be available to lease for special events including weddings, graduations, etc.

1990In 1990 Jamie began to build his reputation as an award winning chef working at various high profile restaurants including his own restaurant, Mimi’s Café & Wine Bar.
1998In 1998 he founded Cuisiniers Catered Cuisine & Events and just celebrated 20 years creating unforgettably delicious events in Central Florida and around the United States.
2007In 2007, Restaurant Forum named Chef Jamie one of Central Florida’s Top 20 Chef’s. The Orlando Business Journal named Jamie one of Orlando’s “40 Under 40” which recognizes the rising young professionals who shape the economy of Central Florida. Jamie was inducted into the Orlando Sentinel Culinary Hall of Fame and Best Chefs America along with being invited to sit on the national advisory board of BCA
2011In early 2011 Jamie introduced Central Floridians to his version of a tasting bar with his "bar J me" concept. To date this experience has received high marks in the press. In September 2011, the Orlando Sentinel stated “barJme reinvents the chef table” and “dinner at the kitchen counter may never be the same”.
2013In November of 2013 Chef Jamie launched Celebrations at The East End Market. This exciting venue houses a variety of Food Artisans, event planners, a restaurant and Cuisiniers unique event space for events up to 200 guests.
2015Jamie’s passion for wine inspired him to launch Snowbirds Vintners in 2015 which in turn coincided with his viticulture project in Norwalk, Ohio.
2018Jamie opens Sandy Ridge Vineyards and Mercantile in the Fall of 2018.
