Combine the Snowbirds Vintners wine and the fruit in a bowl and allow to macerate for at least 20 minutes. Strain the fruit, reserve both fruit and wine, and set aside.Combine both juices in a pitcher. Stir in the wine into the juice mixture, along with the lemon juice and simple syrup. Divide the fruit evenly into the molds, and pour in the liquid, leaving a little room at the top.Freeze until completely set, at least several hours.

For the apricot puree
DirectionsTo make the puree, loosely chop the apricots, and place in a food processor or blender with sugar and lemon juice. Let the fruit sit to macerate for about 15-20 minutes. Blend until smooth, set aside.To make popsicles, measure 3 cups of puree, and mix with wine and tea. (If puree yields more than 3 cups and you want to use all of it, just make sure you keep the puree to alcohol ratio).Pour into molds and freeze for an hour or so, before inserting the popsicle sticks, so they will stand up straight. Freeze at least four hours, or overnight.

In a large bowl, combine wine and soda. Add the lime simple syrup, cherries, liqueur, and stir.Divide liquid between popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for the popsicles to expand. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
