New Snowbirds Riesling

We are proud to bring you our newest wine selection…Snowbirds 2018 Riesling. And don’t forget you can eat and drink with us until 10:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

Our Snowbirds Riesling is crafted from grapes grown in the Willamette Valley region of Oregon, which is world-renowned for producing wines of superior style and structure. Chef Jamie McFadden and Winemaker Norm Saley have once again co-created an exceptional food pairing wine that showcases fine acidity and minerality while counteracting a degree of sweetness.

Expect from our 2018 vintage a bouquet of Key lime, lemon custard, white flowers and citrus blossom, and on the palate flavors of summer raspberry and cherry joined by hints of white pepper, apricot and peach skin. A duck curry or spicy summer bratwurst are two simple food pairings that would pair beautifully with this Riesling.
